‘Keep The Faith’- Arsenal Boss Arsene Wenger Tells Fans After Bad Start To The Season

 
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has called on supporters to stick by his team after describing the 4-0 loss to Liverpool as “absolutely disastrous”.
The Gunners failed to register a shot on target in a lacklustre display that drew criticism from fans and pundits.
“If some people feel as if I am the problem, then I am sorry that I am the problem,” Wenger told Sky Sports.
“But we want our fans to be with us even in a losing performance like that.”
He added: “The only thing we can do is come back and give them a better performance.”

  Arsene Wenger might be hoping to lure German forward, Draxler to Arsenal as a possible replacement for want-away striker, Sanchez. Barcelona have opened deadline-day talks with Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez, according to AS and the Algerian is reported to have travelled to the Catalan capital. The Blaugrana are still hopeful of signing Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho, but they have now identified Mahrez as an alternative. The Algeria international is likely to cost around €50 million after Roma had a series of bids rejected for the Foxes star.
